Sheik held on until the man stopped struggling, and backed up. He felt a sudden pang of pain when he moved, and saw the man had something sharp and bloody in his hand. He looked at his side, and saw a stab wound. He hissed, then turned to Luhua, and watched, seeing if she would need any help.

The woman screamed again, kicking Luhua in the gut, but fell limp. Luhua flicked her rounded ears forward, backing off the human, a bleeding gash under her eye from getting hit in the face with that....Killing stick. Looking at Sheik, she flicked her tail-tip once, before her eyes widened. "Sheik. You're hurt." She bounded once toward him, sniffing the wound.

Sheik flicked his tail "Its just a little stab. I'll get over it" He looked at her, seeing she had a bleeeding gash under her eye. Wounds under eyes bled a lot. "You should probably deal with that gash, before you loose too much blood from that thing" He sat, then looked at his wound again. Curious, he searched for more wounds, and saw gashes all over that side. HOW did he not feel this?

Luhua sighed, but her eyes found the other wounds along Sheik's side, flattening her ears and looking away from the blood. She rubbed the wound under her eye with a paw, then yelped at the pain, dropping her paw. The female sat back on her haunches, drawing the bloody paw on the snow. "It'll stop. My paw is the only way I can clean it, and my skin's too rough. It'll just irritate it more. Plus, my tounge isn't that long." she said.

Sheik, without any words, padded up to her and sat. He then licked her would, gently, barely even touching it. He licked it a few times, until the blood will stop, then backed up again and began to work on his wounds. He still didnt say anything.

Luhua stood still as Sheik cleaned out her wound, not tense as she was like the first time he had warmed her with his tounge. Looking at Sheik, she headed over, starting to also clean one of his wounds, farther back on his side, where he couldn't reach very well. She made sure to be gentle, also just skimming the stab wound.

Sheik worked on a long gash by his back. He glanced at Luhua "I didnt know humans were really this bad" He said softly, flicking his tail, with the torn up tip.

Luhua nodded. "They're horrible." she said after finishing on Sheik's wound. Spitting out the blood on the snow, she found another wound, starting to clean that one too.

Sheik sighed, looking at his tail "What WAS that thing though? It hit my tail, but i never actually saw anything.." He was confused, being one of the lucky cubs who grew up with no poacher problems.

Luhua finished, again spitting the blood out, before sitting back on her haunches. She accidentally sat on one of the humans, and yowled, jumping to her paws, and smashing against Sheik. Again, the female jumped back, not wanting to irritate his wounds, and this time not landing on human flesh. "S-sorry." she stammered, not awnsering his previous question.
