Will these go rare soon?

I've been looking for one since I found out I missed the adoption time. Was about the end of the month or beginning of the next I returned to CS and found I missed it. (must have only been available part of whatever month it was released?) Or the people who do try to offer them to me expect rare pets in return.

Out of curiosity how long was it available for adoption? I was there in the beginning of the month and the end, but didn't see it.

Im not sure but Im guessing that because it was for the artist birthday it might have been released for only that day, but I dont know, I wasnt here so yeah, just a guess

Artist ir other staff birthdays are normally realised closer to the endof the monthmaby a week and reamin there until the next adopton set changes it may go rare as a couple of the staff ones went rare

It may seem a weird question since it's not very old but when I tried finding him, it was really difficult! And there were newer dogs that turned rare, so...
