He rubbed his muzzle on hers, snorting softly. He looked towards the other end of the valley. "Hm... come on, I wanna pay my brother a visit." He trotted towards where Karma and his herd resided. He just wanted to say hi, it'd been almost a year since they last saw each other.

Willow followed along

Makkila wasn't too far when she caught the scent of a stallion a ways away. It was slowly getting stronger. She looked warily at Karma and stood closer to him.

Willow caught up with Cosmic." Where are we going?" She asked.

Cosmic
He finally saw a young paint stallion and three mares in the distance, and headed towards them. He whinnied to Karma as they approached.


Karma
His ears pricked as he saw a black horse coming towards them, he almost thought it was Shadow, then realized it was Cosmic and a mare. He huffed and trotted up to meet them.


Cosmic
"Hey, Karma," he greeted. He tried to look over his brother's shoulders to see his mares, how his herd was coming along, but Karma almost immediately side-stepped, blocking them from his view.


Karma
"Hi," he said dryly, narrowing his eyes, then he sneered and eyed Willow deviously.

Cosmic
He shifted his wait from one hoof to the other uneasily when he saw Karma looking at Willow.

Makkila stood away from Karma and Cosmic and towards the other mares. The other stallion may be his brother but she didn't care, she didn't want to take any chances.

Willow stood uncomfratably in Karma's gaze.

Karma
He slowly withdrew his eyes from Willow and back to Cosmic. "What do you want?" he demanded, suddenly becoming grumpy now that he had to talk to his lame brother.


Cosmic
He pinned back his ears at Karma's tone. "I just wanted to say hi. It's been a while."


Karma
"Well, you said hi. Now get lost," he growled. But his eyes rested on Willow again and he winked at her.

Rain grinned. "Great! Another mare." She whickered happily.

Mystic moved even closer, her nostrils flared at her surroundings. "Are we safe now?" She asked Sum and Athena.
