The theme is "What if Chell did escape Aperture after Portal 1 and wasn't dragged inside?

It's actually very sad. Almost as good as No Escape.

I just stopped and listened to Wheatleys entire monologue in the part where you have to cut off the neurotoxin generator.
I must say, his hacking skills are the best xD
Now I know how to shut down a generator or hack a door :3

am i the only person who dosent cry to alt endings? ಠ_ಠ it just makes me sad like the DA "if only i could cry" that was really sad to me and the rattman story were he tries to save chell but gets shot by a turret while exile vilify was playing in the background that almost made me cry, but portal is a fun and sad game but i like to see the fun side :3

IMO the Portal franchise's overall depressive theme and touching emotional connections means that if an alt ending doesn't make me sad/cry, it's probably not done right.
