I'm planning my Halloween. In September. I wanna go wander around town on Halloween, not nessecarily Trick-or-Treating (kind of old for that XD). I either wanna be something hilarious, or something terrifying. I haven't decided yet.

I found a two-year culinary college that offers honors classes, is only a couple hours away, has several opportunities to study abroad, and guaranteed on-campus housing for the first couple years.
Can't apply yet, only a junior and I haven't taken the SAT (November 5!), but this is definitely going on my short list.
