The Warrior Cat lineart is now retired, whereas the PPS dog one isn't - and besides, that PPS is fairly easy to get, considering the litter from which it comes from.

Yes that one trade is very unfair to them but, pets have different values because of their demand and when they were released, so a lot of pets for one pet isn't always 'outrageous' but possibly even unfair to the person with one pet. Depending on it's rarity.
