Even if they were, I'd still shoot them on sight.
They're beautiful creatures, but they're in a lot of peoples way of living.
I, for one, would and will remove anything that dares to try and stop the way I live/survive.
Including the poor poor "woofs".

Lol, I love how you're calling the fish and wildlife people misinformed... they probably know more about "poor woofs" than you do.
Also, I do know that Alaska is in the U.S. (believe it or not, I did take geography in third grade...) but I misspoke.
If you live in U.S. they are endangered unless you live in Alaska.
