Would a Green Grinner for a Candy Cane or Snowflake B-Wolf + a Light Leopard be fair? I would like at least one more opinion on that.

Well, since the store pets are worth about one mid 09 pet each, here's what I would do:
Remove the PPS from their side, to make the values easier ;)
Keep the two 09 rares on your side, and remove everything else except for two of the 09 uncommons. Keep one of the early 09 dog uncommons, because those will probably turn rare soon, and keep an 09 BW. But remove everything else, and it seems about fair then.

For the first one, 6 Jokers for a Moonswirl, I would personally say unfair to the Jokers ^^ Because of their high demand. Not to sure about the others though. Get another opinion, but I'm pretty sure, since I've seen a Joker go for a Non-Jewel.

Plus, I doubt anyone would have six Jokers xD And if they did, I doubt they would trade 'em all for a Moonswirl. :3
