I want to be an artist <3

examples - 1234 (1-3 are fairly old, but I did 4 about a month ago, including the background which I did from scratch.)
difficulty level (how hard of a design are you willing to do?) - The Malk staff dog is the hardest I will go.
do you own an art shop? - Yes, but it's not open and I might never open it. However, I am currently making freebies for Mirrorlife on the "Mirrorlife & The Catalyst Against Animal Abuse" thread. If that counts as an 'art shop', then yes---I do have an art shop
freebies or customs? - Which ever you want me to do, although I'd prefer customs.
favorite animal (i have my reasons) - It's a tie between a baconhawk (a cross between bacon and a hawk :3) and Wolves (not very original, but I can't help but love them <3)

you know what would be cool, something like tess's "our team" page where it shows each artist and gives a brief desciption of them and has some examples

would it be worth it or should i just list the artists?

2011 rares will be worth 30-40 SPB depending on if i like them
'09 rare dogs are worth '09 wishlist dogs
'09 rare non-dogs, are worth 5 less than '09 wishlist dogs

it would take a good bit of time but it would be worth it, it would just take a while

eh em *Raises hand again* this would require team work heres basicall what you do. Make your intro and stuff in a different thred. Make it no posting for members but to show off you staff. And let every staff member make there own post them can change any time wanted or needed and you can manage them as needed just a thought from your shop guarding angry stick wagging spam resistant penguin

how many artists should i hire
i'm leaning towards 2, and maybe adding more later but 3 might be better, it depends if buisiness starts going up

edit: i might try that, but making another seperate thread would be a pain and it's easier for customers to see all the artists if it's on the main thread, but it's a good idea space-wise
