Woot woot! Here's my idea:

Right before the wedding, one of the people in the stands stands up, and asks to talk to her privatley. Then, he drags her back to where he lives, and the girl is forced to be his mate. Then Swirls comes, looking for her, and at the right time too. The male is thinking about pups, but the females keeps rejecting him. Swirls fights the male, and gives the girl time to escape.
After she escapes to the forest, maybe she meets some other wolves, a group of oucasts. They help her along the way, getting her saftly back to Swirls. But Swirls is wounded from the fight with the rouge, and is very ill.

Sorry, i forgot the girl's name already, xD
