I have created an image and really want to enter, but I can't figure out how to post it... I drew it on a program called Art Rage Deluxe 2, and when I try to upload it, I get a message that reads: The extension ptg is not allowed.
Am I doing something wrong?

what you should do, is sign up to http://www.deviantart.com/, upload the pic and then you can post the link of your pic on here.

ptg is not a common extension. I'd copy it and save it as a PNG or JPG on paint or some other art progam, then upload it to an image hoster.

You may notice that there has also been a change in prize winners, and I have moved the end date of this competition to the 25th of September.
