This is very stunning! I love the way you did the 'head-fins', and also the glow effect on the eyes and antennae.

Since you said criticism is welcome, I only have one thing :D Since the antennae is the only light source, because it's underwater; I think that the back part of the creature should be a bit darker, and more shaded. I think that would be more dramatic, and a bit more realistic. Other than that, I think you did perfectly. The colors are beautiful, and the markings are spot-on. Great work!

Also, you did a great job of making the picture look 'in motion', as if the creature is actually swimming. :D
