APPLICATON

What date did you register as a CS member?: Tue Mar 24, 2009 8:24 am
How many posts have you made in the forum: 1474
How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Usually/almost everyday. :)
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Often 1.5 - 3+ hours. So far, 2.5 today. ^_^
Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them. I can't say I have.
    Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? Very often. I was just going to go draw on it when I saw this... xD ...to fix my hideous art gallery problem. ;-;
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? All the time. I enjoy seeing what people post and what other people think about their art. :D
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? I want to help CS grow and frankly be a better place...without internet trolls prancing freely around the forum. >_< I know I would be a horrible leader unlike you, Tess, but I am a decent follower. ;D
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position? Hm. On quite a few occasions, I've been called the human lie detector... That probably won't help me any, though. ;P I can help with problems on making images transparent and such because I actually bother to try to understand these things. Also, I can do BBCode exceptionally well and basic HTML decently. :) This probably won't help either but my current goal right now is to work on graphic designing and/or game art so the CS Oekaki actually helps me (a little) with that. Oh and one last thing: according to my friends I have a little too much patience. I hear that's good for this job, though... ;D

Congrats to whoever gets the job~ ^__^

'Tis me. Applying for another mod selection. Couldn't help. ;U;

What date did you register as a CS member?: (if it's less than 6 months ago, do not apply)
I joined 2 years ago. August 21st, I think. Right around after school had started o3o
How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): (if it's less than 300, do not apply4,)I have made about 4,000. Not as active I'd like to be, but I have my moments.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
All week. Maybe about 5 hours a day, I've tried. But school is just starting thus leaving me with less time on weekdays. But I try to squeeze in 3 hours, whether I'm supposed to or not.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I visit every day. :3 I usually visit around 4 or so my time, and I go to bed pretty early so I can get up at a decent hour, so about 4 hours a day. I try. Maybe 2 or 3. :3
Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them
No. I have not yet, and I would love for this to be my first Moderator site. <3 I love CS so much <3
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
I have about 258 drawings and 10 in progress. I know how to use Oekaki. :3
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
I love to browse art on CS, and view other's Oekaki. I don't post to much, but I like to look at the picture and think, "Now THEY'RE a good artist." Whether others or not think so or they think 'EW' I like every Oekaki picture :3
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
I would like to see most Oekaki things placed in the right forum. I've had a lot of mishaps where I posted things in the wrong place and I understand how annoying it is. I can't do anything about it but wait.
I do not like to see art that people are just spamming the forum, trading things and such, and doing things against the rules, and it really annoys me. I want to help put a stop to it.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation?)
I do not think so. I haven't had any peer meditation skills, or anything related to those particular skills.
So if we want to wake up, why're we still singing these lullabies?
I run in circles until I crash.
One day, these steps will be my last.
So if we want to wake up, why're we still singing these lullabies?

Groudon72507 and I are siblings and use the same computer. I often send him pets so he can trade with others. Please do not ban us!

My Minecraft is ChocolateDemmies though. And I have no clue what my Steam is. I think it's Demmysan and my nickname is Mr. Fabulous.

Well, here we go! =)

1. What date did you register as a CS member?
I registered as a member of Chicken Smoothie on Friday, February 19th, 2010, at 5:59pm. (A grand total of one year, six months, and fourteen days; or about eighteen months.) :D

2. How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying)?
3444, including this one. =3

3. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
I'm usually on Chicken Smoothie whenever I have computer acces -- five, six, maybe seven days a week. However, this frequency may be interrupted by school-related things (unusally large amounts of homework, standardized testing, finals, etc.) or the odd occasion when I can't reach my computer or phone. ^-^

4. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you visit?
About two on weekdays -- sometimes a little more than that -- and up to somewhere around five on the weekend. =) During the week, I'm mainly on in the later hours of the afternoon, whereas on the weekends, I'm generally online in the morning or later at night.

5. Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them.
Sadly, no; I have never had an official position as a moderator on any forum before.

6. Have you ever used the CS Oekaki to draw?
Yes, many times. :3 Lately, I've found that drawing and coloring with ChibiPaint is a wonderful creative outlet and a nice way to relax.

7. Do you ever spend much time browsing the Oekaki boards just to look at the art posted there?
Yessssss~ =) I love, love, love to just browse through the Oekaki boards to see what people have come up with. Beginners' is my favorite, I think -- all of the art posted there is so adorable -- but I also learn a lot of new techniques from looking at the drawings posted in intermediate.

8. Now the important question: why do you want to be an Oekaki Moderator for CS?
For the past year-and-a-half, Chicken Smoothie has been an enormous part of my life. ^_^ For a long time, I've taken advantage of the fact that we have such a clean forum (thanks to our extremely dedicated staff); now, I feel like it's my turn to give something back. But this is not simply a matter of having a purpose or being useful, or however you may have interpreted that last sentence; for me, this is also about having fun. =D Now, I know that being an Oekaki Moderator is a serious job, and that it needs to be treated as so; I know that it's not just browsing the Oekaki boards and flaunting your colored username. All I'm saying is that I think it'd be an amazing experience, and I know I'd love ever minute of it. (; I couldn't ask for a more enjoyable position -- even with the added factor of being explosively raged at and/or about.

9. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I don't have any experience in peer meditation or anything like that, but I'm good with people. (: I can relate to their feelings and I know how to deal with them, and I have an extremely high tolerance level. ^^ I know how to stay calm, even when I'm being screamed at and vehemently insulted. I'm very organized, and -- I suppose I wouldn't exactly call this a "special" skill, but I'll put it here just the same -- I make an effort to manage my time well and put 100% into everything I do. I pour my soul into anything I feel is worth my dedication and determination, and this is one of them. =) I'm a meticulous worker; I'm very careful about paying attention to the details and I always re-check rules and/or announcements before pointing out to someone that what they're doing is against Chicken Smoothie's policies -- there would be no danger whatsoever of my falsely reporting someone or doing anything stupid.

Thank you for presenting us with such a wonderful opportunity, Tess, and I wish each and every one of you guys the best of luck. (; Can't wait to see who turns maroon. ♥

1. What date did you register as a CS member?: (if it's less than 6 months ago, do not apply)- I have been a CS member since 25th sept 2008

2. How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): (if it's less than 300, do not apply)- 2734

3. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?- As many days as possible. But usually 5 days or more :)

4. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?- Gosh, I dont count how many hours per day. Maybe 2-3 hours.

5. Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them- I have modded my own forum before, but then it died so I got rid of it. Sorry tess

6. Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?- I have tried drawing with it a couple of times before, I just have to get used to it.

7. Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?- I sure do take a look, I love the artwork other CS people make! Very talented people there. I do not post much there, but I do check in there a few times :)

8. Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?- I would love to help this site out in as many ways as I can. I love this site very much, I would do the very best of my ability as a oekaki moderator, and make sure that everything in there is not against the rules. I would also listen to anything that someone was to ask me about oekaki and help them. I listen to make people and do whatever is in my power to give them the best of my knowledge. At the moment, I am in a thread that helps people out with their love lives, but I would love to do much more on chicken smoothie than just that.
I am on this site many times and as many times per day as I can. Sometimes I comes more than 4-5 times per day, depending on school or not. I am always checking out different parts of the site to see what else I may be capable of the site.

I feel very loyal towards chicken smoothie, I have been here for a while and have enjoyed my stay here, I am not applying for any of that 'extra' stuff that moderators get, I would just love to be there for everyone and do what I can to keep this site under control.

How many posts have you made in the forum: 3,454
How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Everyday unless something comes up at home.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? 3-5 hours a weekday and 4-6 hours on weekends.
Have you moderated on any other forums before? I was on a roleplay site before but the link was lost and the website died. I was a mod on my sister's website before she began to pay little atention to it. http://kittycity.myadopts.com/
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? I've messed around with it before but I'm not a very good drawer no matter how much I wish I was.
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? All the time! I love to look at other's art, it inspires me. I always check the featured ones and like the ones I think are good.
Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? It would be an honor to be a CS mod. I joined CS after my sister recommended it to me and I immediately fell in love with the designs. Being a mod is a great responsibility and I know I could handle it. I love this site and sometimes wish I had found it earlier. I love helping others and have a deep respect for all mods on CS. It would be amazing to be a mod and make an impact on CS. Thank you for considering me!
9.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position: I know that many people will apply for the few spots you have, but I think I could contribute to the team of mods greatly. I am kind and respectful and can handle situations calmly.
