A dead limb of a tree, somewhere in the forest fell under the snow and ice on top of it. It crashed to the ground, causing Takani to raise her head. Blinking she looked around. How long did I sleep for? she thought inside her head. The female yawned, reveling a set of sharp teeth and rather large canines. The female stood up, leaving her cub sleeping in a little bundle of fur. She stretched, bowing down and then standing up straight. The leopard flicked her froth paws and walked forward, leaving her back end still. She streached as far forward as she could, with out her hind end giving out and then walked forward normally. The female walked out into the snow, she flicked her paw at the cold stuff hit it. She was rather used to snow, but after cuddling with her cub in the warm den the freezing sensation was magnitude. The female put the paw done and shook her pelt. Her pelt kept her insulated from the chilling weather, but still the wind cut through it at times. The female shook her fur out and stepped forward, her full body coming out of the shadows of the cave. She was sleek and graceful, beautiful compared to the backdrop of the siberian forest around her. She moved with an erie grace, her slight frame did not look powerful but oh was she. Takani had a whole system of muscles under neath her furry coat that made her look so cuddly. Some stupid enough would think she was as docile as a teddy bear due to her coat that made her look like a stuff animal you would want to cuddle with. This coat was one of the things that was things that had led to her spices critical situation. The fur market loved the beautifully patterned coat of the Amur and the thickness of it made perfect for cold temperatures. It had helped contribute to the reason why Takani had only seen five of her full grown kind, ever. There was only thirty of them left in the wild.
Namir all of the sudden felt cold. The warmth and the sound of soft breathing was no longer next to him. Nor could he fell his mothers strong pulse around him. The little cub opened his eyelids and let out a soft mew. He noticed his mother was not their and looked around anxiously. He let out a cry, calling for his mother to come back to his side and then yowled at the top of his lungs "Mommy!". Takani heard the sound and turned, running back to the cave. Her powerful legs churning up snow as she raced back to the cave in fear that something was hurting her dear Namir. The female saw the Namir was fine and let out a breath of relief. "Are you okay?" She mummered t gey, putting her noise into his fur and smelling him. She saw no amid ate danger and her little cub smelt fine so she pulled away. "You sacred me." She said, gently. Takani pulled her cub into her body and felt his warmth and little throbbing heart beat against the furs of her belly. Namir nuzzled her and then was back to his normal jumpy self. "Mommma!!" He wailed. "I am fine." The male lashed his tail in impatience. "Can we go on our walk now?" Takani sighed and shook her massive head. Standing up she walked away and then laid back down. Namir was almost at the age he should be weaned and start eating just red meat, but for now he still need milk every once and a while. "Come her and get something to eat first." The cub bounded over and started to suckle as Takani gazed out over the world. Her tail flicked every once and a while and her body was relaxed. The little cub claws, needing into her side always relaxed her. Namir finished and jumped away. "We go now!" He whinnied and then he walked away, his tail swaying behind him like a proud banner to the cave entrance. He stepped out into the snow as Takani got up. The little cub stepped into the snow and then disspared. "Cold!" He said. Takani rushed over and saw her dear cub had fallen into a snow bank. The female let out an amused chuckle and reached down. Her teeth closed down on his scruff, gently, and she picked him out. "Come on little one." She said, jumping down a few rocks that led to the ground. She disspaered through the snowy brush that blocked her cave from the view of others. Takani liked privecy. She was a shy one, for sure. Namir followed, running after his mom. He stumbled the the rocks and got up, racing after his mom. His little foot prints, falling in her bigger ones.

something will go here. for now enjoy the waves.
