1. What date did you register as a CS member?: Tue Oct 06, 2009 5:47 pm. Although, the was a period where I went a few months without coming on.
2. How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 2460
3. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: I try to be on every day unless something comes up.
4. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?: Oh, I don't know, normaly almost all day, but it varies.
5. Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them: http://sydneecitee.forumotion.com/ I was the admin of that forum, which has recently died. (Okay, not very recently...) Everyone that had an account on there and frequently visited became very close internet friends.
6. Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?: Well, I've colored in. I personally think I'm horrible at drawing, but some of my friends completely disagree.
7. Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?: Not very often, but sometimes.
8. Now the important question: Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?: I think it would be a very fun job. I don't mind if people are rude to me, because I was a mediator in my elementary school, so I have a bit of real life experience. I also have owned my own website, and I was prepared to deal with rude users there. I can take situations calmly, as I'm a minimod on an active roleplay, and have many roleplays of my own. I have also dealt with rude users during trading. I think art theft is very hurtful and think it would be very cool to fight against it. I have also used the 'Report' button a few times in the past. Knowing that it's there helped me personally, and being one of the people that would have the ability to fix problems on the Oekaki boards and help others feel more comfortable would feel great. I think I'd be able to look over the posts of COPPA'd users and decide what's okay and what's not. I know this isn't very impressive, but I hope you can see what I mean.
9. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?: Yes. In my elementary school career, I was a student mediator, and was voted to be one by my classmates in fourth grade. It felt so wonderful, and afterwards, I thought it was really cool to have the younger kids look to me for help. It felt great to know I was a leader and role model for the other kids in my grade. I did goof around a bit, but when I was working, 'okay, I need to be serious now and help all these kids' was the only thing running through my brain.
I hope this is enough to let you even consider me for the job. There are so many great applications here, and I'd like to applause them all...

And wish good luck to all of you! May the best future Oekaki Mod win.
