Well for now it is headed toward us but I heard on the today show when it gets close to the Leeward Islands or something like that. Some winds will push it away. It's called Hurricane Katia.

What the LA. Hmm. I dunno nothing beats my swear replacement: STINK. If you can swear, you can replace it with stink. What the stink. Holy stink. Shut the stink up. It works for me. XP
I don't think Hell is a bad word unless you use it in a bad way. It's a place, just as someone pointed out, which makes it no bigger a swear than Toronto or New York. Unless you make it a swear and use it like 'What the hell' or 'shut the hell up' or something like that. Then it's a swear to me.
EDIT: Another hurricane? D: *prays for everyone*

I don't know, I don't even like using less offensive words to replace other swears because as was mentioned before, it's the meaning behind it. If I get really mad I'll hum or go Lalalalalalalalalalaaa until the urge to use profanity passes. I'm not always perfect about it but people will notice if you don't swear...I once had a coworker whose jaw literally dropped when I loosed an f bomb...she had never heard me swear before and thought I never did. It made me ashamed of myself. People may not say anything if you don't curse but it will leave an impression.
