I am having troubles 'dragging the clothes onto the base.'

I merged layers, I drug down layers, but nothing hapens. -.-

Did you go onto the layer with that clothing piece and try dragging it? For example if you wanted the smiley tee you would need to go to the smiley tee's layer and move it from there.

I'm having trouble doing a background. FINALLY figured out the clothes...and now background issues. *facepalm*
I try and color it in on the correct layer, but it makes all the clothes the color of the background! Is there anything you can do to fix this? Or tell me what I'm doin' wrong?

Sorry I didn't make the dress-up able to work with backgrounds :< I tried to make it work to be able to have a background but it just wouldn't work with all the layers.

Well I already have wings on the dress-up, unless you mean chibi wings, which I can add those. Goggles sounds like a great idea! I'll add those soon ^^
