I think there was a good reason why Simba was so "bossy" and overprotective with Kiara. I mean, yeah, he got really annoying, and I felt bad for Kiara, but he was only trying to protect her. Basically, he remembered all the horrible things that had happened to him when he was younger (Mufasa's death comes to mind), and all the trouble he got into going to the outlands. As he discussed with Nala, he knew Kiara was just like him as a cub, and that's why he had a feeling she would go explore lands outside of Pride Rock. He didn't want her to do that because he didn't want her to get hurt.

Some reckon Simba was so protective because Kopa was murdered.
But that's a good idea too. ^^

Zazu is awesome. XD I love the hyenas. They're so funny. I was sad they weren't in the second movie. D8 I wonder what happened to them. Did they die at the end of the first one? I thought that THEY killed Scar.
