~A Thoroughly Insane Ħσ∂ɢɛ-Ƥσ∂ɢɛ Jingle-Jangle Jim-Jam Concoction of an RP~

~PLOT~

Silvertongues: the rare, gifted human beings that are blessed (cursed?) with the ability to bring fictional creatures and objects into existence into the real world. If they were to read aloud a section of, per say, J.R.R. Tolkein's The Hobbit in which Bilbo was described in detail, there is a large chance that the small, furry-footed creature would appear in the room.
One of these people has made the mistake of reading aloud a great deal.
Understatement of the year.
You are one of the countless creatures, humans, or animals of any kind that were read into this crazy world of ours by a Silvertongue called Raffo, whose discovery of his power caused him to go into a spree of reading, intoxicated by the power he just realized he had.
It's your job to adapt to the modern-day world, whether your own story is from the future, the past, or some mirror-universe in a galaxy far, far away.

~RULES~

1. All of Tess's rules
2. This is a SEMI-LIT RP. If you're going to post here, you MUST use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and type at least three sentences every post. *plops on Grammar Nazi hat and gives you the evil eye*
3. Try to keep the genders equal. We don't want an all female group or the other way around.
4. If you use a pre-made character, keep their personality pretty close to the way they were in the book. We don't want a bunch of super-friendly Draco Malfoys running rampant.
5. Every character has a weakness. Make sure yours isn't perfect.
What I'm trying to say that if someone shoots you, you didn't just happen to put on a bullet-proof vest that morning.
6. Try to keep romance scenes PG-13, okay? If... erm.. stuff happens, do a time-skip.

he walks with a crutch, because he has a lame leg, twisted, and mauled by thieves.
Personality: Solemn. Not one to show affection. A very honest person, one who tells you the truth, and nothing more. he is also a devout Abbot, keeping his monastery in tip-top shape, in spite of his state of fragile physical health.
History: Once a strong young man, with girls swarming about him, he led a wild and wicked life. Upon hearing the pregnancy of his love, he deserted her, and joined the monastery of St. Alcuin.

Personality: Stella is a vegetarian and promotes speaking out and breaking the bounds to express yourself and be unique (usually these endeavors end her in detention). She desperately wants to be liked by her friends, but hides it underneath an "I don't care what anyone thinks" shell.
History: She lives in a family of geniuses, and is the self-proclaimed dumb one, although she really is very smart in her own way. She has to move across the country because of her mom's job.

Personality: Luna is quirky and hilarious without meaning to be, speaking of all sorts of magical creatures no one has ever heard of. Her father runs The Quibbler magazine, which she has been spotted reading upside-down. She is easy-going and fun, but can be wise and marginally serious if need be. Her voice is floaty and dream-like.
History: Like I said, her father runs The Quibbler, and she attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

I picture a fairly human figure, not a kind of 'fairy' rabbit as some of my British reviewers seem to fancy: fattish in the stomach, shortish in the leg. A round, jovial face; ears only slightly pointed and 'elvish'; hair short and curling (brown). The feet from the ankles down, covered with brown hairy fur. Clothing: green velvet breeches; red or yellow waistcoat; brown or green jacket; gold (or brass) buttons; a dark green hood and cloak (belonging to a dwarf).

Personality: Bilbo is your typical hobbit: he eats extremely regular meals and snacks, and highly disapproves of adventures. He is very content with his comfortable life, and only on rare occasions he is overcome with a small desire for something outside of The Hill; but thankfully, those feelings pass quickly enough. (I'm RP-ing pre-Smaug Bilbo xD)
History: Bilbo is a descendent of the great Belladonna Took, whom he blames for his occasional thirst for adventure. Other than that, he has lived in The Shire his entire life.

Bluebear is precisely that; a little bear with blue fur. I imagine him about the size of a sun bear, so about four feet tall. His fur is a rich royal blue, and his eyes are brown. He can speak in whatever language most of the characters use. (So English I guess.)
Personality:
Bluebear is adventurous and sweet. He is smart and brave as well. (BLAH! Stupid questions of stupid stupidity. Not this. Homework.)
History:
The entire book is his history.

Ice blue eyes- They cloud over and become a murky blue/grey if she's tired/lying/in pain. Very white skin, almost a vampire-like pale. She's thin to the point where you can see her ribs if she where to wear a tight-fitting shirt, and she normally wears a black/dark red shirt and long pants. She hides her face with a simple helmet (Like Boba Fett's).
Personality: Works only for large sums of money, but has a soft spot for kids and cats. Doesn't speak much, if she does- it's usually not more than one sentence at a time. Intelligent math wise, but can't read, a fact she hides well by using a program in her helmet which scans words and relays them into her headset. Prefers to use a rifle, but is excellent at Hand-to-hand combat. Has a small bit of force-ability- just enough to lift small objects and sway very weak-minded beings.
History: Has no family that is known. She grew up on the slums of Corusant, and became an excellent fist-fighter and could hit almost any target- She had to, if she wanted to live. She was soon sought out by a wealthy man who supplied her with the means to work as an assassin. After 2 years of working for him, she broke off from him (with his permission) and now works as a assassin for hire.
Other:Keeps a small black male cat with green eyes with her, named Eri.

Personality:
Danny is pretty much a typical five-year-old, though his vocabulary and education is a bit advanced for his age. He's curious, adventurous, and eager to learn. He gets frightened sometimes of little things that might not mean much to someone else. He's very observant and knows and says things that often just baffles the people around him.
History:
Danny has always seen Tony (an imaginary friend) showing him things. Little visions, really. Nothing too important. His parents went through a rough patch in their marriage due to his father loosing his job and drinking too much. One of these occasions ended with Danny having a broken arm. Recently, though, things have been getting better between them, and Danny knows that they haven't been thinking about DIVORCE anymore.

Personality: Scipio is clever and quick-witted, but he hates his father and being talked to as if he was a baby. Scipio, while having no care for his father, has a kind heart, especially for poor children such as Prosper, Bo, Riccio, Mosca and Caterina (Hornet). He also seems to have a soft spot for cats. He is brave, arrogent at times, and hates when someone says he can't do something because of his age.
History: He is the son of a rich man who treats him as if he is two, yet expects him to be great. Scipio cares for orphans and children who live on the street, but he doesn't tell him that he is rich or anything. Instead he claims the goods he brings them to pawn off are stolen from mueseums and rich houses, not his father.

Appearance: Tall, thin, dark haired.
Personality: Sometimes defient, but humble and kind. Menolly is not very proud of herself as a girl and is often shy, probably a result of being forced not to play at her Hold. Menolly has a great ear for music and is exceptionally talented at writing, reading and playing songs. She is very talented at handling and training fire-lizards.
History: Menolly grew up in Half-Circle Sea Hold, where she assisted the Hold harper, Petiron (Robinton's father), in teaching children their learning songs, wrote her own songs, and dreamed of becoming a harper. Her parents grudgingly allowed her to continue teaching the Hold children children music after Petiron died, as their community had no other harper. When she deeply wounded her hand while gutting packtail (a type of fish), the wound was allowed to heal wrong so that she could not play again. They did, along with not being able to play, forbid her to sing once the replacement harper came, as they believed it was not proper for girls to do such things. Menolly was, in fact, beaten severely for simply playing music that was not part of the regular classes.

Menolly ran away from home and took refuge in a cave, where she Impressed nine fire-lizards: gold Beauty, bronzes Rocky and Diver, browns Mimic, Lazybones, and Brownie, blue Uncle, and greens Auntie One and Auntie Two. Being far from her cave, and without a Hold, Menolly found herself caught in Threadfall, but was rescued by a brown dragonrider and brought to Benden Weyr. After the Hatching feast, she was finally discovered by Masterharper Robinton, as the apprentice Petiron mentioned in messages to the Harper Hall.

At the Harper Hall, Menolly befriended Camo, Piemur, Audiva, Silvina, and Sebell. Not everyone approved of a girl becoming a harper, and she was the victim of envy (especially among the female students) because of her fire lizards. Being the talented student she was, she rose to the rank of Journeyman a week from the day of her arrival. She wrote many popular songs, such as "The Fire Lizard Song/Queen's Song" and "Brekke's Song"—songs helped transmit news and current events throughout Pern. Eventually she married Sebell, with whome she had three children, and became a Master Harper, helping with the movement to banish Thread from Pern forever. Her songs were very important to Pernese's evolving society.

Personality: He is sly, sarcastic, and has a light sense of humor. He enjoys toying with poeple for amusement. He isn't what you would call loyal, but he also doesn't enjoy betraying poeple. What he wants most is to go back into the InkWorld. He is mysterious, serious, and EPIC.
History: He is a fire-eater. Dustfinger was taken out of Inkheart with Capricorn and Basta. However, unlike Capricorn, he longs very much to go back to the Inkworld. He betrays Meggie and Mo in an attempt to re-enter the book, but later rescues them. He later becomes Farid's mentor. He has three thin scars on his face from Basta. He frees blue-skinned fairies from traders who sell them as lucky charms.

Gwin came with him, and he is 1 of my many fictinol boyfriends.

Personality: Wise cracking detective, powerful magician, master of dirty tricks and burglary (in the name of the greater good, of course), oh yeah, and dead!


History: Skulduggery fought on the 'good' side under the wizard Meritorious during the secret war.As one of generals but was caught in a deadly trap by Nefrian Serpine where he killed Skulduggery's wife and child in front of him. Then poisoning the dagger that Skulduggery picked up. Then After his death, his body was placed on a spike and burned as an example to Mevolent's other enemies. Skulduggery did not move on after his death but stayed on and watched the war progress; to his horror, the tide turned and Mevolent gained advantage. In the book, Skulduggery's past life name (given name) has not been revealed. He accepts the sacrifice of individuals as part of war, but he is highly reluctant to allow this to happen to Stephanie. He protects her diligently throughout the novel. He has many loyal friends.
