Yay fianlly done after hours of doing this! thanks to the people who watched me draw this and gave me refrences(Onyxwings puddingwaffles and Mettalic Dragon) mines is the one in the corner....i know the shading id bad and the colors look weird and the anatomy is off but o well! XC also that line right under his cheek is NOT his neck line its the start of his shoulder!XD
