(Bah. I've been getting sucked back into another role play site recently.
I have certain phases where I post ALL the time on one site, then move on and post ALL the time on another.
Ayhund, it's not actually my birfday, but thanks for wishing me a happy birfday. :3
My birthday was in July, but because of my mom going to Hungary, we had to stall the birthday for a really long time.
AND SERIOUSLY? YOU HAVE NOT HAD A BIRTHDAY? ALL YOUR LIFE? D': )
/ Aulis /
After running in wolf form through the woods for what seemed like ages, the large ring of oak trees started to loom up in the distance. The teenage Wolf Tribe boy had only been to the Four Points once, and that seemed like ages ago. He wasn't sure that he remembered anything about it, but as soon as he saw the hulking tree tops of the enormous oaks, he knew that he was in the right place. Because of such a wide-spread canopy, in the summer and spring, it provided very good rain cover. And in the winter, the branches were so tightly woven together, that when the snow fell, it was stopped above your heads, kind of making a dome of snow. It was a very spiritual place, he was told. Aulis felt kind of dejected that he wasn't seeing the Four Points when it was filled with all those of the Tribes, as he enjoyed to see all the different types of Tribespeople. Plus, Zayn and him liked to spot out pretty girls from the other Tribes. Personally, Aulis thought that the "winged chicks" as he said, were hot. Zayn could go either way.
Zayn pulled up, panting hard as he shifted back into human, Aulis following his lead as they walked the last fifty feet into the shelter. It was the best bet for a place to stay, because if they had wandered willy nilly through the woods, they could have ended up in another person's territory, and they wouldn't react kindly to that. The Four Points were a place where everyone was welcomed, and was a place where others could meet with other Tribes without hostility. It was the only piece of land that belonged to no one, but everyone. It was kind of confusing for Aulis to understand. As he walked past the tree trunks and into the circle made by the lurking trees, he felt an enormous sense of calm rush over him. He wasn't going to be wet any more, he was in a place where no one had the rights to attack him, and he did not have to get back to the Tribe camp at any time. Sure, soon enough his parents or some of his friends would get worried, but they'd know that as long as Aulis was out there, then they'd be okay. Never mind about Zayn.
Who, was at the moment, complaining terribly about his fur being ruined. The older boy was pawing at his tail frantically, along with his ears. "Awww mahn! Ma' fur i' gunna b' all frissy t'morrow. I hate wha' the rain does t' my fur." he whined, and Aulis cast a long glance over at his brother. "Seriously? You're whining over your tail like a girl. Looks aren't that important." he snapped, shaking his head for a moment to spray the water off of his hair and ears. "Ha'. Frizzy 'ead." Zayn mumbled, and Aulis rolled his eyes at his brother. His hair always went fuzzy when he shaked his head after being in rain. Not only that, but his fur got puffy too. It was all that Zayn could do to try and keep up his manly demeanor by insulting his littler brother. "Come on. Let's just... sit this out." Aulis mumbled, glancing around for a place where he could sleep without being too uncomfortable, but also protected-feeling. "Heeeyyyy..." Aulis said, making his way towards the root cavities of one of the trees. The dirt had been packed down hard, obviously used before as somewhere to stay, and the roots formed around it as a kind of den. "G'night Zaynie!" Aulis called, hopping down into the depression. "Oi! No fair!" Zayn called back, but Aulis was already shutting his eyes, the long walk through the rain tiring him to the bone. Almost instantly, he fell asleep.
/ Dusk /
The girl in the tree was starting to feel uncomfortable. Those from her Tribe, below her at the moment, were walking at a painstakingly slow rate, and one of them seemed to notice that she was watching them. They were stalling even more with others asking him what was the matter. The rain wasn't letting up, and despite her ability to stay immobile, she felt tempted to just go down there and walk away, so that she could find another tree to think in. Of course, this one tree that she was in, was one of her favorites. It had a perfect view when not raining of the mountains in the distance. The bough itself was smooth and polished down from the Raven Tribe girl sitting there so many times. Maybe... maybe she should just show them that she was there, and then they'd move. It was highly unlikely. If they saw her sitting up in the branches, in the rain, soaking wet, they'd probably think her a lot different than fine, and would most likely come to bug her, telling her to get back to camp, telling her to get into shelter, telling her that she's insane.
Just maybe... she thought as she rummaged around in her pocket of her long coat, and pulled out a medium-sized pebble. The girl then pulled out a piece of specially bound cloth from another pocket. A sling. Despite her ability to throw amazingly accurately with her knife, she often favored a sling. She could hit a target far off in the distance, and her powerful throws were deadly. But... maybe if she set a stone in the tree close to them, they would either get spooked and run off, or notice her, and actually not worry any more. They'd probably just think her mysterious though. Narrowing her eyes, an eyebrow was raised as the figure in the tree noticed that one had curled up into a small... ball? What? Frowning slightly, she decided to think nothing of it, and with ease, set the rock into the swing. Spinning it around once, twice, thrice, gaining a lot of force, she let it fly. A resounding crack echoed through the quiet dead forest as the rock slammed into a tree, taking off some of the bark with it. It was close enough to the trio for them to notice. Settling back, she waited.
/ Aella /
Freya looked up cheerfully. "I do love punching people!" she exclaimed, and glanced around, suddenly noticing how out-of-place that was. Sinking down a bit into her clothing, she stared at the ground in silence, a look of concern on her face. She also looked quite put-out. Smiling sympathetically to her good friend, she turned to Jack. "Sooo... I am gathering from a lot of resources that you and this Zylo person do not like each other. I am also gathering that he is disliked by many..." she summarized. There was a noise and Aella glanced over just to see Rue's tail slipping out of the doorway. Frowning with a raised eyebrow, she stared after the mysterious girl, and then back at Jack, with a questioning look on her face. "Did I say something? Or is she just... going outside for a walk?" she asked.
/ Rue /
The rain was cool and refreshing on the Fox-Girl's face and head as she stepped out of the tent. It had suddenly gotten very tight in there, and the warmth that all the bodies were generating was almost choking her to death. Rue did not like to be in a place with very many people unless it was actually cold, and was for a short while. She was able to cope with it in the winter where they piled themselves into small burrows to trap body heat for everyone to stay warm, but in the summer, it just wasn't right. Shaking her head, Rue breathed in deeply, fingering a long strand of her hair as she stared about, her golden eyes bright with new energy. The rain wasn't that bad. Besides, it hadn't rained in a while. It was better.
There were no people outside of the lean-tos, everyone else inside, avoiding the rain. The camp was somewhat eerie, all empty, and it was turning into night. It was strange how the rain happened right when the Hawk Tribe warriors had come. It seemed like... like who ever was commanding the rains, wanted them to stay here. Be stuck here. For some reason. But why? Stepping quietly through the camp, she walked up to a rock right on the edge of camp, that overlooked the plains. In the distance, the moon was slowly rising into the sky as the sun receded. It almost felt... peaceful. "OOOGGAABBOOOOGGAAAHHHH!!!" came a large, scary voice, and Rue let out a high-pitched scream, clutching her knees to her chest, but almost instantly swinging around involuntarily to punch wherever the noise had come from. It made contact with something. Something fuzzy. "ODELL!" Rue yelled, infuriated with her brother. He, on the other hand, was cracking up loudly.
"Oh my god! You should have seen your face! Oh my goooooooodddd! That was SO freaking funny!" he was snorting, and Rue stared at him with a, 'how did I ever get this stupid of a brother' look on her face. But her heart was still pounding, and she took deep breaths, closing her eyes, trying to calm down. "Odell?" she called sweetly, and the young boy grinned. "Eyuss?" Rue smiled calmly. "The next time you frighten me like that, I will rip you apart bit by bit and feed you gradually to the ants, understand?" she asked, and Odell gave an even larger grin. "I understand." Rue sighed and clutched her hair in her hands, shaking her head. Now the whole camp would probably be up because of her scream. Hopefully the rain had masked it. The last thing she wanted was people climbing over her, asking her repeatedly, "What happened Rue?"

~ Jack ~
"Yes, I hate him. Simple as. No-one else does. It's just me that sees him for the obnoxious -" Jack rambled, as he reached the swear word, his speaking was drowned out by a shrill scream from outside. Leaping to his feet, well stumbling over his sisters, Jack ran outside, convinced Rue was in danger. On seeing the siblings, and the grin on odell's face, he knew at once there was no danger to be had. He trapsed over to them both, his face a little flushed from embarassment at his sudden action, and also the fact that he recognised Rue's scream. Thankfully, oh so thankfully, this was masked by the rain.
"What d'ya think you're doing lad?" asked Jack, giving Odell a sharp jab. "Scared the livin' daylights out of me," he lied, not really wanting to explain why he had jumped over his sister's and sprinted out to see what had happened. he felt a little to embarassed to ever explain that.
~ Anwen ~
Anwen flinched, hearing a thud and a scraope. She turned around, seeing first the pebble, then the bark, then the the tree. She looked up. There was somebody there. Right now though, she couldnt see. She turned to the other's for proof she was not hallucinating.

(( OTTTTYYYY YOU HAS NO IDEA HOW MUCH I'VE MISSED CHOO
And yup, I never had a berfday partay. I'm just... a very anti-social person IRL xD
I never liked parties in general, nor do my parents. In my birthday, they just wish me happiness, give me gifts, sometimes we go out to lunch or to have dinner in some fancy restaurant or ... we just spend the rest of the day at home xD ))
Blair was also surprised by that sudden thud from a nearby tree. He quickly turned to face from where the sound came from. It was a bit hard to see thanks to the waterfall on his eyes. "I think... The ninja is trying to comunicate with us!" the silver-haired boy said bouncy, grabbing the pebble "Maybe he is in a super ultra secret mission, like the one in the stories, and he mght be protecting us from some kind of monster! Like the one from this story I read where the hero is..." and there he went, talking and talking and talking nonstop about this 'amazing' story he read. Ruor, like always, was not paying attention to the annoying brat, nor does he cared much about whoever was spying on them. Even if he never felt comfortable with people spying on him, that rain was making him very nervous and distressed.
"...And then the hero saved the girl from the..." Blair continued, looking at Anwe and gesticulating with his hand and wings, sometimes even jumping to mimic some kind of kick and punch. As the boy went on, Ruor stopped and stared at the small worn surface that the pebble caused on the tree. If the rock was thrown like that, then that means whoever launched it was probably... There. Ruor turned around and looked at the perfect spot for where someone might have thrown that pebble. At first he saw nothing, but as he narrowed his eyes, he could see a faint shadow. Was that the 'ninja'?

((I like parties. But once on my birthday, a friend of mine came round,w e hadn't seen each other for ages, it was the best present I got being able to talk to her again for a good logn time))
~ Anwen ~
Anwen was extremely good at taken on an interested expression, whilst listening to nothing the person said. She was using this skill now. her mind was on the person, if there even was a person, up the tree. As she nodded and smiled, laughing in appopriate places, she thought about what might have driven the person to be stalking them from up a tree. "Actually Blair, I think I've read that story before," she said, dismissing him as she came back down to reality. Then once again, she turned to look at the tree, squinting slightly, though mking nothing, then again, every few seconds she had to sweep the hair out of her eyes, it looked more like it was snowing then raining with all the blonde getting in the way. She saw absolutely nothing, but was sure there was someone up there, she was curious now, as to who or what may be watching, but in a way, she'd rather just forget and go inside. She was chilled to the bone, and soaked even more so.

(I MISSED YOU GUYS TOOO
AND I'M HAPPY TO BE BAACCCKKKK)
/ Dusk /
Unmoving, the girl stared down for the reaction. It was obvious to see that they had noticed. One of them started to move around, making... punches? Even through the rain, she could slightly hear an excited voice, that most likely belonged to the one who was moving around. The one with the bright hair was looking around, and her eyes had cast over the girl in the branches, but the rain could always make people think different things. After a few moments, the girl in the trees was sure that they had spotted her. Now she could only wonder if they'd come over, or just keep on walking.
/ Rue /
Rue glanced up as Jack suddenly came running over, and Odell even grinned wider. Rue stared at her little brother, resisting the urge to shove him over. "What d'ya think you're doing lad?" Jack asked. Odell lost his breath and fell over into the dirt, partly because of the jab from Jack, but also, he was suffocating from laughter. "Scared the livin' daylights out of me." he said, and Odell finally managed to breathe in a deep breath, before cracking up again. "It... was... SHOOOOO funny!" he snorted out, and Rue glared at him. "This little creep snuck up on me." she grumbled, kind of put out that her brother had managed to sneak up on her. But of course, the rain masks a lot of different things. If it weren't raining, she would have been able to hear.

~ Jack ~
Jack looked at the boy squirming and rolling in the dirt, he smirked a little. When he eventually managed to breathe, Jack listened to odell, "You pesky little squirt," he said, jabbing him again and hoping he may once again et him in the dirt. Rue's explanation of the events was of course, more reliable that a little boy rolling around laughing, so he nodded, "That's why you screamed," he said quietly. He'd been concerned, usually when there was a scream like that, it wasn't just a brother creeping up on you, then again, it was a dark, wet day and everyone's reactions were a little bit tweaked. "You alright though?" he asked, "Seemed a little put out back there," he said, gesturing to the lean-to with his now ineffectively bandaged hand.

Blair was, once again, starting to get on Ruor's nerves. First this rain, then the thunders, finally this creepy person stalking them and now the boy was telling stories that no one cared about? He shook his wings to, at least, remove the excess of water. He approached Blair, that was still speaking happily and gesticulating. Suddenly, Ruor placed his hand gently on Blair's shoulder. The boy found it confusing that move, but the black-haired boy's expression made him have goosebumps.
Sighing, he mumbled "Blair... Why don't you..." his hand started to grasp on Blair's coat "...Do something..." with his other hand, he grabbed Blair's back and held him "...Useful?!" with that being said, Ruor threw the boy towards the tree of where the shadow-thing was standing. Before the silver boy would say something, he crashed into the tree, making it tremble. He looked dizzily above him, to see a hooded figure "O hai." he mumbled, seeing stars for the second time of that day.

/ Rue /
Odell snickered, then it was followed by a cough, then some more snorts. Rue sighed and managed a small smile, despite how furious she was at her brother. "You alright though?" Jack asked, and Rue glanced up at him, wiping some of her wet hair from her face in order to see him better. "Seemed a little put out back there." he said with a motion towards the lean-to where Jack's family and the Hawk Tribe people were residing for the moment. Rue stared at the ground, as if in thought, or just in hopes to avoid eye contact. "I... I just have a few things on my mind, I guess." she mumbled, not really wanting to talk about it. She hadn't told anything about what she had been thinking about lately, and she didn't want anyone to know yet.
/ Dusk /
Yep, they had seen her. They were making the move to do something, but it wasn't known. The girl bit her lip, hoping they didn't know who she was, or if they'd freak out if they saw her. She wasn't planning to allow them to see her, but she knew that eventually she'd have to come down. Breaking away for a moment, the girl glanced at the sky. The rain showed no sign of letting up. Suddenly, there was a large tremble, and the girl clutched the tree trunk, glaring down to see a boy there, glancing up at her. It was... Blair, right? She had seen him before. "O hai." he said, and the girl raised a suspicious eyebrow. She didn't want them to think of her as a threat, so she slowly, almost tentatively, brought up her hand and gave a very small wave.

~ Jack ~
Jack glanced momentarily at the chortling boy, then back to Rue. He could barely see her though, so parted the fringe of straight wet hair he had developed, making him look a little like a girl, his hair, uncurled, was long enough for it. He listened to her mumbling and nodded, understanding, but then again, not really understanding. He decided he'd leave her to it. "Odell, if you like pestering sisters I have a wonderful job for you," he said, getting up now, for her had been crouched, hands on knees. "Could you please come and irritate mine, they were planning to tie m up with the cat's cradle," he said to the boy, then turned back to Rue, "Wrell, come insid ewhen ever you feel like it, I'm not going anywhere," he said, as he gave a small, almost insignifacnt wave, and trudged, ankle depp in mud and flood, back to the lean-to.

Ruor rubbed his eyes deep. That rain was becoming quite annoying. The echoes of thunder in the background didn't help either. Returning to his focus at the shadow figure on the tree, the Raven Tribe boy gave a few steps towards of where he had thrown Blair. The boy still seemed very dizzy and fell on the ground, chuckling in a weird way while waving at something above him. "We know you're there." Ruor sad in a hoarsed voice, grabbing Blair by his collar and making him stand up. It was harder then it seemed, as the silver-haired boy was looking like a rag doll trying to be put on its feet. Eventually, he managed to stay in the place, but not for long before he fell on his knees, shaking his head and hoping that the stars would stop following him.
