This is very good... But I do not think it is quite intermediate.. Add more details and shading:)

Nice drawing! I don't think it's intermediate just yet but you're nearly there! Try making the background more detailed and use a smaller brush for the detail. Oh, and it's J.K Rowling who 'owns' Harry Potter :3
