Alarico heard Shady though he ignored the mare. He knew she was trying to use her old herd as her safety. "Not happening." he muttered and bit her this time trying to drive her to the left, snaking her at the same time.

Amaris was starting to regret her decision. It could just as easily be an enemy, and her weak reply wasn't giving a good message to any predators that might have been nearby.. She swished her tail anxiously. She didn't know whether to run or stay, she was feeling equal parts fear and curiosity.

Parousia nodded. "The decision is yours Rai. I won't pressure you or reject you. When you come to a decision, you can tell me."

Shady pressed her ears back and ran in between the stallion and her daughter. "Leave her alone!" she screamed, giving Makkila the opportunity to step away. She knew he wouldn't snake her, not with Cavalia around.

Alarico snorted glaring at the mare. He snorted and shoved past her before going after Makkila again, there was no way, she was going to get away from him that easily. He gallopped after the yearling again, barely with reach of her now, he bit her rump relatively harder than the other two times trying to get her to head in the opposite direction as he snaked her.

Shady thundered after him, tryig to cause a big enough distraction to keep him away.

Makkila was fed up with Alarico's nonsense and even though he tried to snake her, she fired a kick out as she ran at him to show she wasn't playing around.

Rai just nodded warily and sighed before picking up the pace to get back to the herd faster.

Anguis thundered over the horizon and spotted a lone figure on the outskirts of Utasia. Wondering way a horse would be way out here, he beelined for her but carefully watched his footing. As he came up he saw it was a friesian like mare who was alone and not in the best of shape. His bay coat flashed with sweat and he eyed her before approaching.

Alarico was amused, though neither mare distracted him from his little game. He reared up just as the filly kicked him, his hooves just barely above her head. He snorted, nostrils flaring as he started at Makkila, ears pinned. A dark glint in his eyes, that no one would want to question let along object to, he was capable of many things, he could really hurt her if he wanted to, though he didn't, she probably would want to take a hint and run, this was now more than a game to him, he wasn't messing around anymore, like before, if this went on, it would get worse.

Amaris swiveled her ears uncertainly when she saw him approach. She backed up, nervously. Maybe she should just leave..she didn't want to take her chances if he was going to attack.

Makkila halted abrupty and stood still. She knew in order for him to snake her, she had to move so she didn't. She was terribly subborn as many noticed. She pinned her ears defiantly. She wasn't moving at all. He could bite her, smack her or even knowck her out, either way, she wasn't moving.

Anguis stalked forward a step then paused. "You're in bad shape," he told her then bobbed his head, "come with me to the watering hole, there won't be much else water since it's summer." He invited and gestured back the way he came.
