...I instantly panic as soon as I find out one very close friend is going to be hit with the hurricane. I know they'll be fine, but I think what I'm worried about is that I won't be able to speak to them if it does enough damage to wipe out their internet. DX

I can almost guarantee the internet and power will go out. My internet wasn't working for a day and the power went out today...and that's just the storms before the actual hurricane moves through. Don't worry though, from what I've heard, it won't be that bad. I'm actually looking forward to it a little, as long as a tree doesn't fall on our house.


My riding lesson will probably get canceled tomorrow and I won't get to see Freedom either. Yay Irene.

In a 1x1 that I'm organizing, the plot is supposed to happen when there is a (literal) world war.
Country vs. country.
And I'm afraid of naming countries in the plot, in case someone decides to rant at me.

Yeah, I'm in Maryland so the hurricanes normally dissolve themselves before they actually reach us. This time around, it looks like it'll still be pretty strong though. Of course I want everyone to stay safe, but there's just something about huge, pounding sheets of rain and insane wind and thunder that's fascinating. XD
