I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just my computer but it won't let color it in. Am I doing something wrong?

I drew a picture like this, except the female was P.O.ed and you could see a little more of their bodies. I remember that I showed it to my classmates and that thought it looked wrong. I can kinda see why...
