Scary stories (dont read if you are easily scared)

That was a great story. I wouldn't exactly classify it as scary, though.

I have a story I read -
"Drip, Drip..."

It was your average day in Jenny's suburb. Her neighbors were nice, and her parents had gone to work, leaving her home alone all day. Nothing unusual. She turned on the news and saw that the serial killer who had recently been caught had escaped from prison...and had last been seen heading towards her neighborhood. Her dog could sense her fear and knew something was wrong, and ran under the couch; where he usually went when he was afraid. She knew whenever he was afraid, he would lick her hand, so she put her hand down under the couch so he could lick it, and sure enough, he did. She got up to go make a sandwich and brought some treats back for her dog. When she sat back down, she called for the dog, and he didn't come.She kept calling, and when he still didn't show up, she figured he fell asleep under the couch. As she was watching TV, she heard a faint dripping noise coming from the upstairs shower. It didn't bother her too much, so she decided not to do anything. However, it kept dripping...and dripping...and dripping...finally she couldn't take it anymore and decided to go check it out. When she got to the shower, she screamed in both horror and fear. She fell and started sobbing...because hanging on the shower head, was her dog that had been gutted, dripping with blood. On the shower wall, written in that blood, were the words...

"Did you know people can lick, too?"

When her parents came home that day, Jenny wasn't waiting for them.

The only thing I dislike about the drip drip story is that it's pretty obvious it's not a dog. Have you ever had a human lick you? It's quite different. ^^'

I hope I spelled your name right. Anyways, the story was quite cool, I guess you could sort of classify it as...Um, maybe creepy? I don't think it would fit under scary.

Depending on the way the human licks it can be alot like a dogs
