no Tall Man is mythological creature in the native American folklore. He is part of many stories along with the swamp lady. He is a solid black mass blacker than pitchbalck. He has glowing silver eyes that shine no matter if no light hits them.

Edit. He is a demonic Presant that stands over 10 feet tall. He is both evil and good in a sence

My friend and I where walking home from school and there was a guy staring at us. He had no face or hair. I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me... I looked back and he was gone. But i rember him clearly. He was wearing a suit, he had no face, very tall, no hair, and very skinny. I looked him up and it came up as Slender Man. *whimper* scary to me...
