"I assume you will stay here? with the pups?" he asked

Rain though had not thought of that, and she really did not want to let Jax go by himself. Then had an idea. ''Maybe Luca could stay with them''

"ok...well you ask luca and I'll let everyone know" said Jax

Rain nodded in agreement again, then padded to Luca.

Luca and Koda both were in agreeance with the decision to go out and look... Koda and Luca decided to stay behind to look after the pups...who were quickly growing into young "teenage" pups and hardly needed looking after, if you asked them. Night fell quickly and Jax was having trouble getting to sleep. He was concerned about their journey tomorrow morning.

"i....i don't know...i just feel there is something..." just then a huge crash came from within the forest in front of them...in the distance they could see a few trees being knocked down and fallen on top of other trees.

Rain half jumped, scared half to death by the sudden sound of splintering wood. But the night was clear, so it couldn't have been a lightning strike.
Arna also awoke, as did Jakan. ''What was that?!''

"I have no idea....STAY HERE!" he yelled to the pups as he ran into the forest to check out things.
