I wouldn't highly suggest asking for donations at all, but this might be the best option.

If you put pets on your wishlist, people can see what pets you have on your wishlist when they send you a trade.
A wishlist is made up of all of the pets you want^^

When you click adopt, there dont come so much pets. So from where come the others I found in the Archive and how can I get some of these, just with trading? I mean, where did the other Users get them from?

It depends.
Some got them through adoption because they joined at an earlier date, some got them through trading, some got them through the pound~

If you mean link to a picture, you find it in the archive copy and post the image location then post it in image codes. If you want a picture of your pet, go to the pets page and to the bottom where it says forum code. Copy and paste that (without image codes) and there you go.

When you adopt you need to click the thing that says 'adopt me' then 'how many of this pet would you like to adopt'. Choose the one that gives you the most pets, for all of the pets, and you will get the same amount as everyone else (not counting ones that people trade for). There is always a limit though, sometimes it is up to 11 of a pet but sometimes you can only adopt 2. I hope that is what you are asking (:
