People can just advertise their adoption centres in their signature or in the Advertising part of the forum c;
Or, if you have your own adoption centre, then you can advertise in your thread.

The best way to get items and pets is probably through trading.
There are also new pets every month, and the Pound opens at random times for you to adopt~

A wishlist is made up of all of the pets you want^^
