Okayz... I shall answer some of these as a sort of bump. Please don't take offense if you disagree... these are my personal opinions, nothing more.
Who is your absolute-most-favorite Psych character? Shawn. Because he is funny, and.... I had a bunch of good reasons, but thinking of Shawn just made me forget them all.
Because he is awesome. That answer shall have to suffice.
What is your favorite episode? "Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark." It is my favorite because Shawn never fears about anything going wrong. By the time you reach that episode, you expect him to talk his way out of any circumstance. But he fails in that one. Something different, something new.
Least favorite Psych character? Gus. Sorry if this makes people mad, but Gus annoys me. It really is the writer's fault... the actor seems pretty good. It seems to be Gus's job to disagree with anything Shawn says or does, get in Shawn's face about work-related matters, and generally be a wet rag.
Scariest Episode? Either "Scary Sherry: Bianca's Toast," or "Tuesday the 17th." Never watch either of those at night. O.o
Favorite Psych quote? Ooohhh... I like a lot. One of my favorites is:
Gus: "How can you eat with a dead guy just laying there?"
Shawn: "What, is it rude? Should I share?"
Favorite evil villain/criminal? J. P. Berger from "Poker? I Barely Know Her." He reminds me of a character I made up... and I just think he is darkly awesome.
(...I would never want to meet him, though...)Favorite returning side character? Probably Woody, the creepy doctor person who tells Shawn and Gus how they are going to die. Gus slips in a tub.
Favorite one-time side character that came up in multiple episodes? Declan Rand. How can you not like the guy?
Favorite Shawn's childhood scene? I love the one at the beginning of "The Head, The Tail, The Whole D*m* Thing," where Shawn is trying to go swimming and Henry is feeding him stories of sharks.
"You never see them coming. That's why they're called 'The Silent Killers.'"
Favorite main-character relative? Jack Spencer. I am running out of explanations... this is too much thinking.

I think I'll stop here for now.
I would love to hear other people's answers to Memories' questions!
