Actually, DW has had over 75(?) years of airtime and series/seasons. Over eleven actors for the Docor, two, and about four or five actors for the Master.
What if Irkens could regenerate, like a time lord?

Yeah my dad was like ' Dr. Who? That played when I was a kid!' I thought it was kinda weird and cool at the same time.
and if Irkens could regenerate like time lords.... then it would probably be easier for them to invade and take over planets.

But without their PAKs, that would be thirteen incarnations in one hundred and thirty minutes. Life wasted: And it's all too easy to rip off a PAK, so a Dalek would have no problem in killing irkens that can regenerate: shoot the PAK, shoot the PAK! Same for cybermen, and weeping angels and silurians, and all that chiz, I guess.

Tak has abit of a british accent. I can't imagine Zim or Dib being Brittish though. An Irken's pack is kinda like a weakness point. Like a Sayian and there tail!
