I'm curious. When exactly did the Red Cerberus turn Very Rare? Or was it Very Rare to begin with? I know that he is a Store Pet from Halloween of 2010 but that's as far as my knowledge goes.

Probably not because the last two are still uncommon and the "cake dog" just turned rare not that long ago
