Hale had been wandering about the corridors of the main building, just simply the effects that boredom had on him. One wandering down yet another corridor, he raised an eyebrow when he caught sight of Ivy wandering down the corridor towards him. Crossing his arms over his chest, a slight smile spread across his lips. "Exploring?" he said lightly as they neared.

Ivy looked at Hale when he spoke, nodding. "Guess you could call it that...I got bored sitting in my room."

"I wouldn't think exploring would be an amazingly fun thing to do either," Hale said lightly as he leant against the wall beside him. "Watching paint dry is funner." His tone was idle as he glanced down the 'freshly cleaned' corridor and sighed before looking back Ivy with a bored expression which he gradually swapped for a slightly excited one as he asked, "Thought about whether you're coming to the party?"

Ivy kept her eyes on him as he spoke. "I highly doubt that," she said. She watched his face expression turn from boredom to excitement, when he asked about her coming to the party. "Considering I have nothing better to do, I guess so."

Hale smiled and nodded. "Good. You can meet everyone there. The entire school goes to it. Litarally. I smuggle in some drinks and stuff so the wardens don't know a thing about it," he replied in an easy tone.
