OMG, you need to sue those people, thats wrong and thats animal abuse, not only have they raped your horse with theirs, now there poisining your precious mare, OOOOOHHHHH im getting pissed off at them, i wish i could be there with you to go and whip some animal abuser @$$. You need to take a stand and fight for whats right!!!! If you dont I will, does the old equestrian center have a website that you know of?

No, they have closed down. We are sueing them and the police have arrested them..

If that was me I would went to there house and started beating them with screams and shouts then literally take the horse away... Jerks.... I hate people who abuse innocent animals... No matter what... They have feelings too...))

Her test results came back and she is slightly better, the next 48 hours are critical.

I don't know why they did it, I will find out soon though. My thought is that I moved her? But that is the only other thing I can think of.

The court has taken all 4 of their horses off of them. They are not allowed to get them back. I have offered to take them in for now, however I do not have the funds to care for an extra four horses properly. I already have 1 family wanting to take 2 of the horses, which is good. They are both Quarter horses. The other two horses I will keep for now... however my main goal will be to help Solitaire. OH and by the way, when she came down seriously ill last night, the really nice people that I board her at, they called me and I rushed(5 minutes driving) to their stables, when I got there... she had aborted the foal.. she was nearlly full term.. I have the sire here though, he is a friesian..

So currently I am waiting for Sol to recover, I have 4 extra horses to care for, until Monday, then the 2 quarter horses will be given to my friends. The Friesian stallion will be gelded(most likely) and the other is a welsh pony, with whom I am keeping, he is a cute little buckskin gelding, only 18 months old.

Yeah.. well we have a good case as far as sueing goes... She wasnt anywhere near them? We had her boarded half an hour from where she used to be boarded at. I know it is animal abuse?

I also hate them, very much so, but I was mainly worried about Sol

I would have the money to have them all but I would prefer to spoil 2 then only just be able to take care of 5.

Like I said I already have a home for 2 QH mares. The Friesian is getting gelded and the Welshie is staying with me. I would never kill them?
Why say something like that?

The people I am giving the QH's to are great people, the person I board with is interested in the friesian but I dont know what to do with him yet and I will work that out after Sol is better.

Sol is up on her hooves at least plus she is feeding in small amounts. And drinking, the vets say that they are all good signs but to not get my hopes up.
