I have a question, the present is only going to be avalible at the hour it is released (is 7 ?) or we can pick it at other hour as long is it before the next present from the following day is released?

No it won't, because that wouldn't be fair on all the people that are in a different timezone, like me. They will be avalible throughout the whole day, and will change at midnight (I read somewhere that they will change at midnight)
