Rant: People who don't read rules properly, I hate getting trades from people when they can't be bothered to follow your rules, if you haven't got something that I'm going to accept, or if your going offer something that breaks my trade rules, then don't bother, infact I think I might put that above my rules from now on

My first two rules.... yet I still get offers on my one and onlys. Especially PPS pets... why are people so "OMG I gotta have it! Heres two unknows for 5 of your Rare PPS's!" with them? I don't get it...
