For those who didn't get chosen, I'm afraid we simply don't need to hire hundreds of you, but if you're genuine about your selfless desire to help other users then it should make no difference whether your name is coloured or not - there's nothing stopping you from helping out in exactly the same way the General Helpers do.

For those of you who have any questions about how the site works, feel free to get in touch with a General Helper, they're eagerly awaiting your questions!

So please, make the new official Helpers feel welcome!
