How funny: I used to play with the volume as loud as it could get - the tunes never affected me much. But that surely is interesting.
And quite creepy too. o xo

You might not have gotten it because it was in 1996 in Japan when the first copies got out.Eventually, they changed the song so that it wouldn't have the high pitch in it.On the link there should be something on there just press play and it should play the high pitched version.

Haha, that probably explains it.
But still, I heard nothing unusual when playing this version... Of course, that might have something with me being half deaf on one ear.... It did say something with a frequencies(?) that only young people could hear.. Who knows? xD

I still don't have anything for ya - but I'm actually plotting one. So.... Do expect it to pop up some time.

It can also affect you if you have sensitive hearing.
(Although, you said you were half deaf in one ear, so you probably don't have sensitive hearing DX)

In the original lavender town, I always heard this buzzing. It actually made me depressed and my head hurt for awhile.

Did you know the music has a message? The soundwaves, I mean.
im basically never on, so if you wanna with trade me or if you message me, be prepared to wait a while for a response. this account is first and foremost a personal archive for sentimentality's sake as it was a big part of my childhood.

This is the most frightening thing I've ever seen, read, heard, etc. This is horrble, terrifying, and I just am so afraid of this. When I read, it was just terror for me. This makes me uneasy, and afraid. I showed it to my dad, and now he's doing a whole lot of research on it. I played the music, and of course as a Pokemon EXEL SUPER fan I have the Pokemon Red version game (not the high pitched japanise one), and when I played the audio on the site, it was much more high pitched and had interesting sound frequencies. This is truly terrifying, just to think that a high pitched sound frequency from a first rleased pokemon game drove these kids off the point of sanity, to where they commited suicide. The pitched musc is odd, but it hadn't affected me. It sounds fimiliar, but like there's just some creepy thing to it. I believe this is all true, and it's scary for sure. I'm also scared of just how many kids died from illness an suicide due to this, and the extra paragraph theory. This has truely phased me, and I'm terrified. I read the first part to my little brother, he's 10, and he was scared. I thought he thought it was fake but it turns out he told me it makes him uneasy and stressed. He's terrified too. This was a horrible incident, and I pray for all those children who died because of it, if they don't haunt me first.

A man tells a joke to a crowd of people. They all laugh. He tells it again, only some laugh. He tells it once again. No one laughs. The man then says, "You don't laugh at the joke when it's told more than once, but you cry about the same thing over and over."

Scareh stroy coming uppp: (might be a little to gory for some- heads up)
James held the limp body of his once beautiful girlfreind victoria. His eyes wtarered- what had they done to her? Her body lay frail and unmoving and the fact remained that she had scars and bruises hidden here and there. They had discarded her body to him like she was nothing. Yes- there was always that `they` He wiped his eyes- then started the long walk back to the shed. His job- of course toughesty of most. Yet as he made his way in he leaned down and whsipered in her ears- those inocnet ears that had heard the most terrifying things by the strangers who had found her and kidnapped her. "I love you," He whispered and layed her down on a table. Shadows came around from the back and whispered to him, "Do it, do it." they chanted. Her eyes slowly opened and as they did his stomach dropped. "James?" She asked choking up and weak. He was about to reply when the shadow slid the knife into his hand. He glanced at it warily- for he was hdden in the sahdows and therefore shadows could not be seen. He looked back to her. Choking up- the chants repeating.
"Welcome to h*ll." He said before thrusting the knife into her chest.
(This is comepltly original- and yah its no where near scary more mysterious infact i winged it and wrote everything off the top of my head sooo yah)

The message was: LEAVE NOW. Afterwards, it was the sounds that make me go insane in odd ways. The song always reminded me of death walking on tip toes. >.>
