I have been trying and trying to get a better looking, more realistic style and I am pretty good at it.... except for one thing.
I have no idea how the hell to do fur semi realistically. AI have tried everything and it all looks like crap. I asked some good artists on chicken smoothie, did it how they told me to, and it looked absolutely nothing like it looks on their art. I have studied other peoples styles of fur and tried to replicate it and I simply cant.

I give up. I am going back to my ugly style that I am never happy with.

Try using the smudge tool ^^ Also different lighting and shading gove it good effects :3

I'm not very good at drawing fur, or wolves for that matter, but I do use the smudge tool to help blend the different colors of the fur :3 Also try messing with the opacity

Try blending,burning,dogging and smudging.It works.Me,I can draw good dog/wolf heads but you can.I'm not bad with fur though.We could work together if you want to.

Very good, I suggest using smudge, dodge, burn, and make it all go in the direction fur would grow.
