[Never & Rush]

My cat hasn't been feeling well for the last week or so, and we brought her to the vet's today because we started worrying a bit about her lethargy and refusal to eat or drink.
We thought, worse case scenario, she had diabetes and would have to go on some meds for that.
Turns out she had kidney and liver failure, was severely dehydrated, and almost all of her muscles had completely dissolved.
We didn't know before because, unfortunately, cats are good at hiding their weaknesses. But it would have ended the same anyway. She had to be put out of her suffering.
I went to say goodbye to her for the last time a while ago, and it was heartbreaking. She seemed like she just wanted to come back home, but we couldn't let her suffer...
My dad just got back from the vet's, so she's officially gone now. I miss her so much already.
This is for her.

I am sorry to hear that Rush *hugs* but the pet is beautiful, and I hope your cat is in a nuce field full of catnip, mice and warm sunny spots.

Meep! Now I'm sad... I never want to say goodbye to my little Junebuggy....I love him too much and I'm afraid it will break my heart into a million pieces. Rush, your cat was awesome and all good cats go to heaven.
