James and Aradia. (Names are kind of blah, but I have naming block.)
I'm going to write a story, listen to this while you read it. Actually, just listen to it normally. It's amazing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvrbYpuQdpA
A Green Witch- AnikiA child of the flowers am I, With blossoms budding from my hair.
A friend of the Fairies am I, A crown of leaves and flowers I wear.
A daughter of the Earth am I, Walking Her ways with feet ever bare.
A sister of the waters am I, Flowing wild and free without a care.
At one with the blowing winds am I, Singing softly through the midnight air.
A keeper of the fire am I, Let me kindle your passions if you dare.
Connected in Spirit with You am I, Fused together as one in prayer.

Aww, so sad. I have heard the story of Hachiko before...

The train station was cold in the morning, the icy breeze of autumn whirring through the wrought iron bars that decorated the columns. The weather, so amusing, always changing. Yesterday had been a tad warmer, butterflies gracing the iron, people humming slowly. Now everyone rushed by, looking for warmth. Such a natural thing had a large effect on people, it seemed.
Hachi looked to the clock, cobwebbed and old, but accurate enough. The train was late by five minutes. After years of waiting, even mere minutes made quite the difference now. The dog turned as a screech arose from behind him, the rails protesting against such sudden stop. The metal, rusted doors clicked open, and the whir of people started to fill the air. Hachi stood on his tip toes, looking for only one person in such a crowd, a difficult task.
The pup spun around quickly in a jolt as a paw touched his back. The amber eyes of the other dog were too familiar to him now, he knew immediately who it was.
" Your train was late, Master."
The older dog's eyes narrowed, his face frowning.
" You're sick, Hachi. You shouldn't be waiting for me." The pup's eyes fell down, upset and ashamed that he hadn't listened. The older dog sighed, seeing Hachi's disappointment. " But thank you for coming. " Hachi smiled widely, and followed as Master started to walk away. The older dog thought for a moment, sighing as he thought. I know you came...because no one else cares about you. Oh Hachiko...
The next day, the schedule was the same. Master left for his train, only to return later. Hachi picked a bench, as he sat the people there moved away. He was sad for a moment, but forgot about it and prepared to wait. He waved goodbye to Master, who sent back a small wave and smile. Master knew there was no way to stop him from coming.
Midway through the day, the cold came back. Hachi shivered, having another thing to try and forget about now, besides his grumbling stomach. He started to grow lightheaded, and turned to lay down to sleep for just a while. He had to wait until Master came back. Had to...
The train stopped on time today, people rushing out like usual. Master sighed as he saw Hachi on the bench, body still. He moved up to him slowly, a single tear running down his face. " You were so faithful, Hachiko. Thank you." He grabbed the lifeless body of the orphan, carrying him out of his waiting place.
From heaven above, Hachiko smiled down. " You're welcome, Master. No one cared but you." With that, Hachi turned to return to his place upon paradise. Stopping for a quick moment, he whispered a few words down. And from below, Master could hear them easily. " I'm glad you're cared for now." Whispered Master now. " I'll see you again one day."
Hachiko turned again, walking away, a grin on his face. I'm waiting for you, right here. He sat, his stomach full, the people around him caring, warm breeze caressing him. I'll wait until you get here.

Based off of Hachiko's true story. With a twist, of course.
