Yes, you can use her as an OC or a...scale-sona...? You can also use her designs as long as you dont steal our lineart~ You cant use the lineart in competitions or stuff like that but you can use the deisgns, the ones by me anyway, youll have to ask the others artists their opinion of how you can use their work if it's their design.
