When you say it's "either fair or unfair to them" it means you think it could be fair (in some peoples opinion) but if it's not (in other peoples opinions) then it's unfair to the top person. It very well IS an answer. If you're going to get snappy with the people who are giving you answers because you don't like the answer they gave you then I suggest not posting here at all.
