Stress down Spotty!

What makes me feel stressed: Too much art orders, being rushed/hurried, doing last-minute projects, being yelled at, making sure something is perfect, lots of things to do with little time, and making sure I have/get something on time.

My best tip for relaxing: Giving myself plenty of time to think about everything, and giving myself enough time to find the muse to do everything. It also helps me when I listen to music, draw vent art, or call one of my best friends. Sometimes I write everything of what I feel down, and it helps me get everything out. After that, I crumple it up or rip it up and throw it out, knowing that the feeling is now gone.

My low hand eye coordination mixed with me trying to draw on my tablet
My best tip for relaxing:
Dude, throw something at a wall. Don't think, just do it. Like my tablet, I would throw that mother f.... never mind. I would kill it if i could. Either that or steal JuneBug's stick and hit all the annoying people in your life. That would be fun. Hehe. Oh oh, i know. World domination. Most relaxing thing possible.

Stress down Spotty!

What makes me feel stressed: Well, lots of work and little time to do it in is the worst - so much damn pressure! Of course, art blocks are both annoying and stressful, partically when you have commisions to finish, and no motivation. Variouse other things, like being late for something important, or simply people who waste there time work me up. And lack of chocolate.
My best tip for relaxing: Music, open-air, artwork and breaking something. If I'm feeling stressy, I'll grab my I-pod and go for a couple of laps around the feilds around where I live. It really helps to calm me down. If that dosen't work, I log on to DA and look at my favs on there, a certain couple in particular. Seeing art-work and adore and envy makes my happy. I'm not going to go to far into breaking something: I think we all know that feeling...And sweet, sweet sleep, where you can just forget about everything and dream about candyland. All these things really help me to chill-off, just make sure that if you break something, you don't like it...And of course, sometimes you get upset over things that really don't matter. Have a think over what you're stressed over before you get worked-up over it, and usually you'll find that it's something stupid :p
Anything else?: Oh, and for some reason, criting other's work is very relaxing I find...0.o

What makes me feel stressed:when bad stuff happens in my life when i forgot to study for a test i forget what i was saying and when i forgot the anweser
My best tip for relaxing:listen to music making a scrap book of photos you have
Anything else?:when i amm stressed i cry then i listen to soft music then i play on chicken smoothie then find photos and make a scrap book of photos to show my family and friend

My best tip for relaxing: I usally sit down relax take a warm bath watch tv and ride my bike

What makes me feel stressed:
Conflict mostly, though injustice eats at me like no other as well.
My best tip for relaxing:
Changing your thinking. :) Many times when I get stressed out, it's because I'm thinking very negative thoughts and it only feeds the initial gut reaction. Changing it around to think of something positive instead not only clams me down faster, but puts me in a good position to feel even happier than I was before the stress. Sometimes a little rant to someone uninvolved helps or just walking away from it entirely to read a good book. Many times, all I need is a little alone time, away from the source, and things will seem infinitely better, even when I return to it.
As soon as I can stop the negative thinking, I can only get more relaxed from there. ^^
Anything else?: Books are my best way to escape the stress, but it's different for everyone. Find something that either makes you happy, or allows you to escape into a totally different (positive) mindset and turn to that when you need to de-stress.

What makes me feel stressed:
Fighting with friends and family, homework, relationship problems, writer's block, being under presure.

My best tip for relaxing:
Chill out. The easiest way for me to stress down is to clear an entire day to do whatever I want. Here's my basic recipe for stress-relief. Make yourself breakfast and then settle down on the couch in some comfy clothes. Watch your favorite show, listen to music, read a book; do whatever usually makes you feel calm and happy. You can play with a pet or call a friend and talk to them about it. You could even take a walk. Sometimes talking about what's stressing you out can help. Another tip is to take a hot bath (or shower). That always relaxes me. Just have a quiet afternoon to think and just let yourself chill out. Then you can sort through your problems in a better mood.^^

What makes me feel stressed: Uh, a lot. Pressure from peers and friends; due dates on incoming stuff; being pressed for time is always the worst, though. I always feel like there's not enough hours in the day to do whatever. In drawing, I freak out about taking too long on one little part; I also tend to scold myself for reading for too long.
My best tip for relaxing: A cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows never hurts ;) I like sitting down in a big armchair sometimes with a huge steaming cup and watching some witty tv show. Exercise is always good to take your mind off of other pains ^^ but for me, playing some of my favorite songs on my old acoustic guitar usually does the trick. It's the vibrations off the wood that helps for me; it's really relaxing.
Anything else?: Stressed out is never a good place to be, and I really hate that we're all excited for this competition when it comes from your pain Dx but still, thanks for the chance; get better soon! <3

*pulls out a HUGE scroll and unrolls it* for one, the way life seems to advance to fast, goodness we nary get a chance to be free and be ourselves! also some people just don't get the meaning of the word "bugger off!" there are some outrageous unkind people that want to do harm for no reason at all.
Honestly some people don't seem to have logic nowadays.
another totally peevin' thing is dates, time, all the world is now all "RUSH! RUSH! RUSH!" or "WORK WORK WORK!" i mean we're not machines people =.='
being stressed is terrible. Absolutely horrible, sometimes it's nothing at all that causes the stress, and that is devastating.

My best tip for relaxing:
-If it's another a job or your boss causing the problem you must simply think to yourself "okay, they want me to get this done quickly. i must do it, i must show what i can do. I will show them i can do what they want, TWICE as well"

-if another individual's insults are causing you to feel down just remember there are those who love you. And remember you are unique, powerful, be calm and show them that you are the role-model, a better person than they, remember that you are a special being and many people respect you, whether it be in real life or on CS.

-Never think badly about yourself. whoever is rude chooses to be rude. they choose to try and hurt such a nice person. Or, or maybe not, maybe the person is in some kind of phase, maybe whoever it was spoke rashly and without thinking.(either that or they are a werewolf waiting to eat you o.o RUN!)

-Remember word's cannot change who you are inside

- and if these feelings seem to be for no reason:
maybe talk to someone you trust, or sing, or take a soothing bath to calm the stress in your body first
breathe deeply and then hum your favorite song
or maybe take a moment to realise these feelings, ponder over why you are feeling them

Anything else?:
-if all else fails, do not EVER forget the ones who appreciate you on CS
we all think you are a beautiful person ;.)

And according to my timezonee it's now :53 and 30 minutes have passed. Contest is closed. I didn't quite expect this many forms, so please allow some time for the judging. I might also increase the number of winners, or hand out tiny little runner-up prices.

Thank you all for entering with your helpful tips. It's much appriciated. To tell you the truth my main goal was just to take my mind of things for a while and this was quite successful^^.
