Stress down Spotty!

What makes me feel stressed: Places with too many people, usually. Being rushed, having a lot of pressure.
My best tip for relaxing: Kick back and listen to music! Taking a hot shower also relaxes me. 
I usually find my pet and play with him/pet him when I'm stressed, he's really friendly and he'll listen to me. <3
Resting is a good idea, too.
Basically, I just chill out, listen to some music, pet my cat, and browse the Internet. (:

Well, these may be pretty cheesy ways of relaxing...but its what I do and it helps me c:

Stress down Spotty!

What makes me feel stressed: My younger brother</3
My best tip for relaxing: Well, when I want to relax, I have three options. The first one, soaking in a hot bubble bath. xD Not to hot or cold, but its calming and soothing to me. Or, my second option if the first one doesnt help, I lay down and rest on something nice, soft and comfy. Like my couch or bed (really soft) and just slowly drift into sleep with/without favorite type of music. And last but not least, getting a massage. Massages really help me.<3 I dont know if any of these options help you, but they help me very much.

What makes me feel stressed: When my family fights, when I have projects and studying to do, taking that really hard test that just might ruin you if you fail it. My mother deciding to have 2 more children when I am already 15.
My best tip for relaxing: Thinking about better things like my hilarious dog, Hanging out with my uncle cheers me up since hes such a happy person, and taking a walk while listening to music on my ipod.
Anything else?: Hope you get unstressed soon Spotty <3 I can't stand being stressed, its probably the most horrid thing on earth.

What makes me feel stressed: Having to do something after I've procrastinated too much... .__. The night before a big horse show or competition, Thinking about my boyfriend leaving, Arguing, Meeting new people, Having to speak in front of a large group of people, Fighting between family or friends, When I have a lot of stuff I have to get done in one day.

My best tip for relaxing: Having a cup of hot tea, Laying down on your back and closing your eyes, Listening to music, Eating... (xD), Chocolate actually has chemicals in it that makes you happy when you eat it.. ;D Thinking about things that happened in the past that made me happy, Thinking about people I love and the nice things they've done for me. Playing low-activity video games like tetris or something. Taking a walk outside. Hugging a pillow or stuffed animal. Writing out my worries. Looking at old pictures of my friends/family that make me laugh or think of happy times.

Anything else?: Remember that things always pass and you'll feel a lot better once it's over. Thinking that always helps me feel better. I sincerely hope you feel better soon, since long-term amounts of stress is not good for you. :c Please feel better soon. ^^ I'm sure you will. :3

My best tip for relaxing: hot bath, swimming, meditating, listening to music, stay active, talk with friends, go out and have fun

What makes me feel stressed: when i have a lot of homework and my hand is starting to cramp up and when my dog starts to chase my brother around the house as he screams. also when my mom gets mad at me for taking my time getting ready for bed.
My best tip for relaxing: jam out with some music and doodle with a pencil and paper. or scribble to the music with colored pencils
Anything else?: uuuuuuuuummmm....... eat your favorite food.... like stress food maybe. do what you love and try to forget about what you are stressing about.

What makes me feel stressed is ussaly when someone interuppts me while im trying to write or draw, its one of my biggest pet peeves but rarely un avoidable where i live. Another stressfull thing is when my special other wont talk to me, in these situations I deal with it in many seperate ways.

My best tip for relaxing:

Ill doddle of write to let out my feelings
listening to music is a big stress reliever for me
and sometime the biggest is to talk about whats bothering you


Anything else?: Never hold stress inside because it can become a very tramatic experience.

What makes me feel stressed:What makes me stressed is:Having people come to me and say,''A'' stop drawing animals and draw me something, or having people call me short.People bully me,they are unhearted to think that just because of my height.School is starting soon also,and I heard that the bully is moving to that school,I am in.
My best tip for relaxing:My best tips:
~Get a wet washcloth and put it in the fridge for half a hour,take it out and put it on your forehead or neck.
~Listen to your favorite music
~Take deep breaths,like your blowing bubbles
~Write down your feelings/tell someone
~Go somewhere new,away from your house,maybe.
~Go outside/to a park and lay down,reading your favorite book or playing with a pet.

What makes me feel stressed: Being ingored. When others don't pay attention to my rules or suggestions even if they are stated clearly. Having something I love (for example designing) be turned into something I hate because so many people pressure me to start designing and it becomes more of a job then a hobby.

My best tip for relaxing: Just for instance, go with the flow. And calm down. It helps to do something you love in your free time or even just relax with a nice cup of tea and a good movie. If you are doing something stress-ful at the moment (like working or claening up) just do what I do, and think of how much better you will feel once it's over and you can go home and relax.
