Trading USD for Pets is strictly forbidden that would be why you can't find it anywhere.
The closest you can get, is C$ or off site currency that is bought with USD, but you can not accept, or pay Real Money for C$ pets, per the TOS

You both are right, but you can sell them for C$, which translates into USD.
