Arctic shoved Dagger once again. "Keep walking!" she ordered. The sun was setting, and in the distance she saw a fairly wide river with a log that would serve as a bridge when they arrived. "Only a little farther, Dagger, then we just need to cross the river."

Bloodstain nodded,"I know what to say." he said with a small smirk,"she won't be able to run away of it doesn't work." he groweld and then waited.

Forrest sniffed, "I doubt this is going to work, Dark." She whispered to her mate.

Dark stiffened,"We can only hope it does." he sighed.

Arctic and Dagger had crossed the river, and Arctic had pushed the log out of place. The river was too wide and too deep for a wolf to swim, and Arctic was confident in this. But, she didn't know Bloodstain could use rocks to cross.

Sparrow sensed this. She tugged on Bloodstain's fur. "Go to the river! Hurry!" she pleaded.

Bloodstain suddenly felt the need to go to water. He knew there was a river near here,"Dark, you talk with Snowflake. I'll be back!" he growled and darted away. He lunged towards the river and then skidded to a stop infront of it. He looked to Artice and saw Dagger standing beside her, a log rolling down the current,"DAGGER!!!" he howled for his son with pained eyes.

Forrest watched him go, and started after him, "Bloodstain, wait! Where are you going?"

Dark tensed,"Sparrow must be leading him somwhere....that look in his eyes..." he sighed and trailed off then snaped back to reality,"I know what to say to Snowflake. Everything will be fine." he said and licked her cheek.
