That's kind of impossible to count though, maybe you could post a screenshot of your inventory?

How is it impossible to count? There's only one blue confetti in each piece, so just count those. I count 11 blue confetti on the right side alone. That means you'd only need 9 in each row to have roughly 100 on the pet. I see many more blue in the center of the pet, so there's roughly 100 on there.

Single Litter Rat Horde record is now 822. I am not done hording the fair banner litter, but when I get a substantial amount more I will post saying so.

Aren't those rats technically two separate 'litters'? Since one grew into the dragon rats and the other grew into the unicorn rats?

Not entirely sure, I'd imagine they were the same litter technically, like all the times were we've gotten horse litters where the newborns were half one starting color and then the rest were another starting color.

I actually think they are different litters, since all newborns/litters start out the same [excluding 2nd gens]

True, but that's only ever been done with the horses though. Every time there are rat, cat, or dog litters, the newborns always look the same and they grow up differently, but with the same theme. But I guess it'll be up to Firestar to decide Good luck! *rushes off to get more Guy Fawkes rats*

I would count them as the same litter seeing as they were obtained the same way and we have had many litters where the newborns are different colors.
