((Why did she neigh for help?))
Whit galloped forward again, nose flaring, when he caught an unusual scent. Something...dangerous.. The bay stallion scented some predator nearby, perhaps more than one "Jagger! Stop!" He cried, knowing danger was near. He layed his ears back, prepared to fight.
The rather young mare trotted through a forest path, her head held high and her tail flowing. She began to canter the well-worn trail, a path that eventually led to a river deep in the forest. Satiri knew of a plant that was sweet, but grew only by the waterfall.

((Kay))
A rustling sound began in the fringes of the forest, and yellow eyes glimmering with hunger shone
in the late day sun. "Wolves," Whit replied with a snort "A pack wanders the deep forest" A moment later, a large grey wolf dove out of the bushes, and snapped at Whit's forelegs. Whit retaliated, and reared up and came down hard on it's shoulder. As if on a silent signal, the rest of the pack poured from the forest.

Whit was busy trying to shake a wolf off his back legs, when he saw Jagg finally rear up and take off towards the woods. Snorting as teeth dug deeper into his flesh, he ducked his head and gave a mighty buck sending the beast flying. Raising his neck, he was distracted by Jagger's beautiful form, running through the bushes like a dark angel. In that moment of distraction, the alpha took a great leap onto his neck, pulling him towards the ground, but kicking and bucking like a horse mad. Another one lept onto his side, until he was pinned to the ground with teeth snapping at all sides. At a last desperate attempt, he trumpeted to the sky a cry if pain and crazed fear "HELP!"

Whit shook his head, as if not believing he was still alive, and scrambled to his hooves. He felt no breaks or anything more than a cut. "Uh....thanks " He replied to Jaggs, who seemed unharmed. He gently nipped her shoulder in a sign of friendship, hoping she wouldn't run away.

Whit drooped his head to graze on the grass, but finding the grass a bit bloody from the wolves, he walked a few steps closer to Jaggs. He wondered why she didn't seem at all stressed over the whole situation. After a little while, Whit began to notice the air seemed to become damper, and the skies covered over with dark clouds. "Hey Jaggs?" He nickered to the dark mare "I think it is about to rain. Should we move somewhere else?"

Gypsy walked through the forest, she kept a watch for any predators, though she saw none. She moved on to a favorite spot of hers, a very small clearing, full of sweet green grass. She entered the clearing, and lowered her head to graze.
Thunder raced from the beach and headed inland towards a small pond. He slowed as he approached it. Breathing heavily from the long gallop down the sandy beach, he lowered his head at the edge of the water to drink. He pasued every now and then to glance around, keeping watch for other stallions or any predators. He swished his tail as to keep the flys away.
